1. Pn. Zuraidah Binti Ali


~Ikal Lecturer.
~Teaches English and Technical Communication for 15 years.
~Currently the Resident Counsellor at Kelompok Murni, formerly a
Resident Fellow at Kelompok ILMU.
~Chairman of Projek Khidmat Bakti Masyarakat- Sekolah Angkat IKAL 2000 – 2003 where she helped the rural Primary school children from low economic background to upgrade academic results and English language competency.
~started the English Debating Society in 2006 and she has also introduced the Ist UNITEN Public Speaking Competition in 2007.
~published articles on students' intrapersonal and interpersonal development in journals, books and internet magazines.
~completed her research projects which concentrate of developing undergraduate potential :
1. Investigating Students' Reluctance to Speak English in ESL Classrooms 2: An Analysis of Choice-shift in Consensual Small Group Decision Making Setting among
Undergraduates: A Case Study. In January 2008, she started her academic blog http://speakup-avenue.blogspot.com where she writes articles for her own students to
encourage engagement in critical thinking and SPEAKing UP.J.
