MESC - ME Dept. Student Dialogue

The MESC – ME Staffs dialogue will be held on Friday, 3rd September 2010.

We need 12 members to represent your peers in this dialogue. What you have to say is why this was made in the first place. Anything concerning your stay in this university would be our main agenda. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Lecture Series

On the 4th of August, our honourable speaker Prof. Dr. Zamri bin Yusoff (Dean of the College of Engineering of UNITEN) shared with us some pointers to becoming a successful in our future engineering career, the current expectations in the engineering industry and our prospective employers, the advantages of utilising computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to solve engineering related problems and also his technical experience in engineering consultancy.

Prof. Dr. Zamri also noted that as future engineers, we should be well equipped with not only our technical knowledge but also a strong foundation of soft skills which includes good communication skills, leadership and also a role player in a team.

The talk concluded with a Q&A session with Prof. Dr. Zamri and some light refreshments.

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TALK SERIES ( 04/08/2010)

We would like to announce that there will be a talk tittled: “SME (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT) TALK SERIES”. Professor Dr.Mohd Zamri bin Yusoff (COE DEAN) are given the honor to present the first talk on job prospect, how to become a profesional worker, method to studying and achieving grade'A' etc.
