Developing the Institution together: The 2011 Volunteer Ambassador Conference

The second Volunteer Ambassador Conference took place earlier this month at Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield, with 85 Institution volunteers receiving training and recognition for their roles, sharing best practice and networking.
